During intake hours as set out below, please call (416) 978-6447 to speak with an intake caseworker.
Monday: 9 AM to 5 PM
Tuesday: 9 AM to 4 PM
Wednesday: 1 PM to 5 PM
Thursday: 9 AM to 3 PM
Fridays and holidays: Intake closed
Please note that this is not a crisis service. Whether you contact us by phone or online, it will take several days for us to review your information and confirm whether we can assist you.
